Rhodos Horizon City

What a lovely hotel this is! Staff are super friendly and welcoming, room cleaning every day looks top notch! Fresh and clean hotel, champagne on arrival. Breakfast meets all your needs! In particular Elisa our waitress, you are amazing! Old town is less than 10 minutes walk, and the harbour only 5 minutes, you are super central with a lot of sights around you! Pool also provides the right coolness. This is definitely a hotel I will come back to again!

We stayed at Rhodos Horizon City for 7 day and it was the perfect hotel for us. Rooms are very nice, very neat with a large shower, and a potential nice sea view. Breakfast was pretty good as well with a large variety. The best part about this hotel is its location. The furthest location in Rhodes was at maximum 15 min. Beach at 5 min, old town at 12 min. I would definitely revisit them!

Healthy choices like nuts, almonds, olives, and fruits were available. * Reception staff was friendly, accommodating and positive towards our requests. * The menus of the hotel bar and kitchen were reasonably priced. * The hotel overall was spotless. Disliked · * Different price categories of rooms not clear on booking.com. The room description are a bit vague and one may end up getting a bad room. For example, a double room on the 3rd and 4th floor have supposedly different rates, although their same size. * There could be more amenities in the room for better value and comfort like tissues, shoehorn, ironing board, better quality shampoo and shower gel. * Some beverages in the mini-bar are provided free-of-charge on the first day of the stay regardless of the total length of stay. A couple of drinking water bottles could have been provided every day.

We where in hotel 10 days, the service was excellent every day. Position of hotel is perfect, everything is near. For my fiancee's birthday, they gave us a bottle of champagne, who was waiting for us in the room after the beach. They allowed us a free 2h late check out. We will come back again for sure. We recommend staying here!! ❤️

Booked here with Jet 2 in August 2023. Fizz on arrival around 1am was a good start. Spacious rooms (1 with sea view, one with pool view, both on 5th floor) cleaned daily (limited on Tuesdays). Great breakfast with options to suit everyone. Good sized pool for a city hotel, and no nonsense with anyone "booking" sunbeds. Located a 5 min walk from the shore. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

My wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate her birthday and our wedding anniversary so wanted to be around adults. We arrived late at night after a Jet2 flight and were welcomed by the night porter with a glass of bubbly. During our stay all the staff were charming, polite, welcoming, accommodating and so friendly. We stayed on level 5 with view of the harbour watching cruise ships coming and going, and a view over one of the town squares. Our floor was cleaned to the very highest specification by a lady called Malvina who was always happy and helpful. Nothing was too much for her. Thank you Malvina. On my wife's birthday, we returned from a trip out to find a bottle of bubbly and two champagne flutes in our room, with a delightful letter of congratulations. Similarly, on our wedding anniversary, after the day out we returned to find yet another bottle of bubbly. Clearly they would have my wife's birthday from passport information, but how they knew it was our wedding anniversary is beyond me, but both were wonderful surprises. We often had meals in the hotel bar/restaurant, and again all the staff were courteous, polite and so welcoming. A special thank you has to be sent to Elina, who by chance seemed to serve us the most. She is the most charming and delightful person you could ever want to wait on table. Thank you Elina. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay the perfect venue for our celebrations, and thank you for maintaining such very high standards.

The hotel is in the center of the old Rhodes town . The parking situation was a bit difficult, however we managed to park 7-10 mins away from the hotel by walk which we didn’t mind . The hotel is very clean, staff professional , breakfast is good, several options, which however remains the same every day. What was a minus was that this hotel is noisy , every morning ( 3-4am ) there was a garbage truck passing by and was very loud , specially with the glass . This was waking me up every night. The pool is small, as expected , but there is several sun beds to lay on. The gym works on appointments, which is alright, as it is not booked a lot, so we managed to always find a space .

What a great hotel, it's brand new inside. I assume they did revocations, the hotel is very clean, nice location, beautiful inside, the staff is lovely and polite, they welcome you with champagne good vibes, I loved my experience I stayed here for a week to celebrate my birthday and they even send a bottle of champagne to my room how nice the gesture, we had such a great time and we are really happy we choose this place to stay, our first time in rhodes Was a lovely experience and a memory I will keep forever, we will be back for sure. Thanks everyone, specially the staff.
